Airgle Returns Policy
Airgle offers a return policy for products purchased directly from Airgle.com. It may not reflect the policies of Airgle's authorized dealers or retailers. Products purchased from authorized dealers or retailers must be returned to those dealers or retailers.
If the product you purchased directly from Airgle does not meet your expectations within 30 days after purchase, please contact us. You will be given a return authorization number and can simply return the unit by mail. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Returns must be like new, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned air purifiers must first undergo an inspection upon return. All packages without a valid return authorization number on the box will be refused upon delivery
How to Return an Item
Contact our Customer Service department via email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Kindly include the following information:
1) Order Number
2) Date ordered
3) Reasons for return
Please include the RA# on the address label. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, although we recommend using a parcel service such as UPS/FedEx.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Refunds can only be credited to the same credit card originally used for the order. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
