It¡¯s really quite SIMPLE TO MAINTAIN YOUR AIRGLE AIR PURIFIER! Other than the periodic swipe of a damp cloth, the Airgle 750 air purifier requires very little maintenance.
Care and Maintenance for your Airgle Air Purifier
Without the proper care and maintenance, the effectiveness of air purifier system could be hindered, thus producing a weak performance. Its ability to remove gross things from the air you breathe ¨C such as dirt, pet fur and animal dander, tobacco smoke, dust, pollen and bacteria ¨C will be less efficient unless you care for it on a regular basis.
Really, it won¡¯t take all that much time, or effort to uphold the usefulness of your air filter or cleaner. Breathing a whole lot better will be the reward for your minimal efforts of cleaning and upkeep. We¡¯ll leave you with a few helpful tips to remember:

Make sure you change the 4 HEPA and Carbon Filters regularly, depending on the instructions per your product manual. At least once a year is recommended, but filter life span varies from product to product.

Dust and vacuum your air cleaner regularly, making sure to swipe the panels and exterior grills to eliminate dust and dirt buildup.

If you have pets, the air filter may need to be changed more frequently because the animal hair and pet danger will reduce the life of your purifier.

Keep clothing or hazards away from the cover of the air filter to prevent air flow restriction.

Pre-filters can be washed with lukewarm, soapy water to rid of dirt. Make sure the filter is 100% dry before reinserting into the air cleaner.

Keep replacement filters handy and on hand by ordering pairs of extras, as each time it will be replaced as a set. It is best to plan ahead, rather than to run out!
Doing these simple maintenance tips will keep your air filter and cleaner running in tip-top shape and will prolong the effectiveness of the system itself.
Getting Your Air Purifier Started
Make sure the unit is plugged into a live 110-120 AC outlet. Disconnect the power supply before servicing and do no attempt to remove any part of the unit, except when it comes time for filter replacement. Learn more here¡
Safety First
Whatever you do, do not try to repair the air purifier and do not submerge the product in water, or even splash water on it. Use caution when wet ¨C and absolutely DO NOT plug the air cleaner in with wet hands, as electrical shock could occur, causing serious injury. Do not operate the system anywhere near an open flame, as it could easily ignite, causing fire or resulting in bodily injury and/or property damage.
When It Comes Time to Clean Filters
First, it is essential to remember to turn the power off before cleaning filters. Checking the condition of the filter is incredibly easy thanks to the special Filter Life Monitoring System (Filter Check), which indicates the condition of the filters. Once the Filter Gauge is 70-100% full, you will need to replace the Activated carbon (deodorization) filter and HEPA filter, as well. Remember, the pre-filters and High Airflow Filters are washable. The HEPA and Activated carbon (deodorization) filters are NOT washable. Airgle recommends replacing the air filters at least once per year.
Installing the Replacing the Filters
Installation of the air filters is quite easy. First, you must switch the unit off. Remove the top, left and right covers. Take out the filters that need to be replaced and insert new filters into the unit. After this, restore the unit. It is now time to switch the unit on and go back to enjoying your air purifier.
Warranty
Airgle Air Purifiers are warranted in full effect to be free of defects in workmanship and/or materials for 3 full years from the time of purchase. This warranty does not include damage resulting from accident, misuse, lack of reasonable care, failure to follow instructions, an act of God (such as flood or fire), the affixing of any attachment not provided within the product contents, loss of parts or subjecting the product to anything but the specified voltage.
