Why is there a light sensor?
The light sensor is able to detect the brightness in the room and adjust the light accordingly. When it senses darkness in the room and the Auto Mode is selected, the unit puts itself into Sleep Mode automatically after 5 minutes.  It then turns itself back to Auto Mode after the lights are detected. It's just another way we have created the Airgle to be convenient and cool.
