Shipping Damages
All shipping damages must be reported to Airgle Corporation within five (5) business days upon receipt of the Products. Airgle is not responsible for any shipping damages reported after such period.
Repaired or Replaced Products
All repaired or replaced parts or Products shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Obtaining Warranty Service
If you purchased an Airgle air purifier in the continental United States, or Hawaii and Alaska, you are entitled to warranty service during the warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions set forth within. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
Before returning a product for repair or replacement request an RMA from Airgle's technical support. Provide the technician with a return phone number, email address, shipping address, and original purchase order number. Describe the reason for repairs or returns as well as the date of purchase. RMAs are valid for 30 days.
Shipping and Handling
Airgle will not pay for shipping transportation or insurance charges. If the return shipment appears damaged, retain the original boxes and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Contact your carrier immediately.
