Airgle offers a 30 -day money back guarantee on all air purifiers and air cleaners. 
If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it and pay all shipping costs to and from your location.  If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return.  All returned products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer.  All manuals, registration cards and accessories must be included.  All returns will carry a restocking fee of 15%.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned air purifiers must first undergo an inspection upon return.  All packages without a valid return authorization number on the box will be refused upon delivery.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact our Customer Service department via email info@airgle.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Kindly include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return.   
  • Please include the RA# on the address label.
  • You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, although we recommend using a parcel service such as UPS.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a new item will be sent. Refunds can only be credited to the same card originally used for the order. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
